Brian D. Plaut is a tax attorney at Silver Law, representing clients in California, Arizona, and Nevada in federal tax litigation, IRS audits, and Tax Court proceedings. He previously served as an IRS attorney in San Diego and worked in Washington, D.C. as Director of Operations in the U.S. House of Representatives.
